Group Training
There are numerous benefits to group training, both on & off-ice. Off-ice classes introduce freestyle skills (jumps & spins) to developing skaters in sneakers before learning them on the ice. Practicing advanced skills in a group frees private lessons for much deeper work. Being with other members builds team-spirit and across the board understanding of important concepts. Why take private lesson time to cover these fundamentals? The curriculum (when fully vested in and supported with regular privates & focused practices) will help create versatile skaters with a sound awareness of the whole mind-body, general rules of the sport & skating history, dance technique & flexibility, and improvisational skills.
We guarantee members who fully commit to supplementing privates with group training will progress more quickly, with a higher rate of new skill acquisition and less incidence of injury.
